At Iconic Style, every item is made-to-order using print on demand. Because our products are custom printed, we can only offer refunds or replacements in specific cases.
✅ We will replace or refund your order if:
- The product is damaged in transit
- The product is defective
- The product is misprinted
- The wrong item was sent
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shopaticonicstyle@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
❌ We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size (please check our Size Guide carefully before purchasing)
- Minor colour differences between what you see on screen and the final product (due to different display settings and printing processes)
💰 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable unless we are at fault.
📬 Return Shipping
- In most cases, returns are not required — Printify processes replacements/refunds from photo proof.
- If a return is requested, faulty/misprinted items will be returned at no cost to you.
